Shipping / Return

At TOP TECHNOLOGY CORP we want to ensure that you are happy with your order.

-   We encourage you to first contact the manufacturer directly for faster returns.

-   All Bulk items are covered for 30 days only.

-   Products returned within 20 days of purchase with be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee.

-   Any NEW FACTORY SEALED item once opened cannot qualify for an RMA.

-   Please check your products upon receipt to make sure it is what you ordered. If it is damaged email us at rma@ttcmiami.com within 3 days to arrange a replacement.

-   Merchandise that has been damaged or altered by you can not be returned.

-   Shipping charges are non refundable.

-   Returns and exchanges may take between 5 and 10 days.

-   No merchandise will be accepted without a RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization).

-   Please fill out the RMA form completely and mail it to us.

-   Return shipping instructions are included in the RMA Form.

-   This process could take up to 3 days.

-   Any returns that we receive that have not been given a RMA number will be refused.

-   All RMA's should be sent on the sender's shipping account or packages will not be accepted.

-   RMA Numbers are only valid for 7 days, after which the RMA will not be processed.

-   The RMA number must be referenced on the shipping label and the RMA form that we have approved must be enclosed in the package.

-   Credit can only be given to approved returns that arrive in good condition with a valid RMA number given to you by top technology Corp.

-   If the product is defective, you will be given a replacement upon receiving the defective unit. No refunds are given for defective merchandise.

-   Credit processing may take up to 30 days to complete.
